It’s a Draft

This week there’s been a common theme that has come up that has intrigued me. It’s the difference between communicating “done” and “draft”. When work is sent to me on a project that I’m responsible for, I have completely different feedback if I think you’re “done” vs it’s a “draft” you’re showing me.

The Fountainhead

A good read that I will never forget is The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand (buy on Amazon). The main character in the book is Howard Roark, a young brilliant architect who designed buildings and did things in ways that had never been done before. Howard thought well into the future with the things that he
